My users get can login now but get double subtitles - one yellow, one white. Different issue? Maybe I should start a new thread?

When you swipe down, you can switch the white subs off, the yellow ones are internal subs

I'm very interested in learning exactly what the media items look like that have the white subs.  I mean what is their format and media info as reported in the web client.  Thanks.

This is a example with the internal and external active at once. The yellow is displayed a little to high on the screen snd it would be nice if its possible to change the position of the sub.

You mean if its a mkv? Yes

Bring up a detail page in the web client for that item.  At the bottom of the page there is a "Media Info" section.  Please copy that in here.  Thanks.

Interesting.  Do you see both of those subtitles listed in the "subtitles" menu during playback of the item and you can select between them, or are there only "on, off and auto" options?

The yellow one is always present and can't be switched off. The white one is affected by the menu settings and can be switched on/off

No, I mean within that menu in the OSD - do you see two subtitle options (English and Dutch) or just "Auto/On/Off" as options?

The white one can be set to english or dutch and set to auto and off.
