did you try a blank pin? also it updates that info during the sync process so it might not be immediate
Yes, I tried just leaving it blank, but it denied access.
I had to put in my old pin number to get through.
Worked it out pretty quickly though. I signed out on the tablet, and signed back in and it was all good.
I'd remove my password and pin quite a while ago, but hadn't needed to go offline since sync wasn't working properly until recently.
