smokazz 1
Team, Hi - first time posting a question here. I also just recently purchased my lifetime membership to your product which so far has been fantastic. So i am having an issue right now where the live tv guide on my android will not load. I checked the logs and i found this error: Error - HttpServer: Error in SharpWebSocket: An exception has occurred while receiving a message.. Exception.Message: The header part of a frame cannot be read from the data source. What is strange is the guide was working last night before i entered my supporter key - i hope that isn't a sign of things to come Also, the guide works just fine from my PC's (chrome to be specific). I am running Server Version 3.0.5724.3 and up to date on the android app. I am also using EmbyTV. Thanks for taking a look and if you need any additional info, please let me know. Thanks! Edit - just for giggles, i removed the supporter key and the guide would load - albeit 5 channels at a time, but it loaded. Once i put the key back in, it fails to load. no errors, the circle just keeps spinning. Edited September 14, 2015 by smokazz

Solution smokazz 1 Posted September 16, 2015 Author Solution Share Posted September 16, 2015 Luke, You can close this. Turns out it was due to proxy on my wifi. I changed it up and now all is working again. Thanks for taking a look though.
