I'm seeing if anyone else is having this issue.  My guide seems to be working fine, but the programs listed don't line up with the channel listings on the left.  I'm not sure what the cause is, but I listed everything I could think of above that may be involved with the problem.  Thanks everyone.

By any chance does your machine have the dpi or text size settings adjusted from normal?

Indeed my boxes that I've tested this on have zooming to ~150% on Chrome.  That looks to be the culprit.  Now the question is, is there anything that can be done about it when the scaling isn't 100%.  I have these interfaces setup on a projector and on TVs throughout the house, so being at 100% isn't very feasible (I wish my eyesight was that good )
