Statically setting "PlayTo" Device in Web Client on certain devices

Currently when I use the 'PlayTo" feature on my iPhone, using the Web Client, I must (each time) select my XboxOne as the device I with to play to.

 

Note: I can only get my xbox One to appear in the "PlayTo" device list if I browse to the "Xbox One Media Player".

 

 

 

 

Is there a way, or could there be a way to save the Device to always be chosen when the web client is opened?

 

And also, something a little more complicated, could that device only be statically set when I open the Web Client from my iPhone, but not set when the remote is opened from another Device (like chrome on my computer)?

 

Oh boy...

 

Is that too much?
