ReneSav 1 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 does not reach the end of the download activity..reaches up to 97.1% and remains stationary
Luke 40068 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Hi, I think I would just be patient and give it time to finish. Maybe it's just taking a long time. I will move this posting into the topic for the plugin to ensure that the developer sees it . Thanks. 1
radeon 733 Posted April 27 Author Posted April 27 Give it time. You're likely throttled if you've hit it hard. Other thing to do if you want to try would be to disabled audio normalisation and rerun as it might be your system wing hit hard by all the ffmpeg requests
Nexusei 0 Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Hi Radeon, unfortunately I have not solved the problem (I have not found where to remove the audio normalization), but I have done several tests, I have not added films or used emby so that it has all the resources available. The result is that the video download stops at 95% even for 10 hours... as if it encounters an error and goes into a loop... for audio downloads and video series everything is ok
Painkiller8818 229 Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) @radeonHi, just a quick question or an idea, maybe you could put the movies in the plugin section into a collapsable object. actually i have to scroll down over 6K movies to get to the settings Just an option for people with many movies. Thanks for your great work Edited May 3 by Painkiller8818 1

Find the plugin and you'll have an option for audio normalisation. Turn it off, hit save and run up the plugin. Otherwise I'll need a debug log to see where it's stalling.
ReneSav 1 Posted May 4 Posted May 4 I disabled normalization and in 15 minutes it finished the process. So should I leave it disabled or do I occasionally try again to see if it works again? In the meantime, thanks for the support Rene'
radeon 733 Posted May 4 Author Posted May 4 It's not really required these days as the majority of themes are already normalised server side. It was an early days feature that some original users still use. If you're finding the volumes are ok then just leave it off. Glad you're sorted! 1
rhodges 48 Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Feature Request: An option to download songs to the theme-music subfolder Theme Media Naming | Emby Documentation I'm going to try get Radarr to make changes, but one thing I've started is enabling the renaming of movie files in Radarr. Annoyingly, if theme.mp3 is there, will it also rename that. The real solution would be to have Radarr add options to ignore certain folders/files when renaming, but I was thinking, until and if they make a change, if it was in the subfolder either it wouldn't rename it, or even if it did, it wouldn't matter because the file name rigid.
radeon 733 Posted June 1 Author Posted June 1 Ah, I didn't know this was now an option. I'm away from home for the next month or so and the internet is far from what I expected so might be a task for when I return but definitely something I'm happy to look at doing 1

Current naming is fine but same problem exists here as it does with themes. All works fine if you move the file to this subfolder Edited June 1 by kingy444 1

This is the format I have them currently - personally keeping the movie name in the file name makes life easier for bulk manage my - both work fine from Emby perspective Ive just had a powershell script moving them for me. Would be nice for it to be integrated /Movies /Home Alone (1990) Home Alone (1990).mkv /trailers Home Alone (1990)-trailer.mp4 Edited June 4 by kingy444
