I'm confused. Trying to use the new Cloud Sync to Google Drive. I just became a supporting user, have the google drive sync tool installed, and don't see a sync option by any of my media on my server. Any thoughts?

there should be sync buttons all over the place. check your user account to make sure its allowed sync accesss

ok. still not seeing them. do I see my user account in the dashboard?

yes. server dashboard -> users -> click on your user. then see if the sync feature is enabled for your user.

got it. I found the box to check "allow sync", now I see Sync as an option. will attempt to sync something to Google Drive. Thanks :)

How long will the content be listed as "Queued"?

I had an issue with this as well. I didn't notice the "Allow Sync" button until I read this thread.

 

I'd suggest having it automatically enabled for anyone with "Allow this user to manage the server" enabled, or any other type of administrative access.

 

I'm currently using Server v3.0.5582.1
