skynet600 33 Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 I have image inconsistancies between my iOS devices and the web client in that in the web client I can see images but for some titles in iOS those those titles have no image. Please see the below post for details. http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/13113-imagescoverart-for-new-media-not-loading-on-homepage/?p=155213
Angelblue05 4131 Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Yes there is. Here's how: General > Scroll to safari > Clear Cookies and Data. Hope this helps solving your issue.
skynet600 33 Posted December 9, 2014 Author Posted December 9, 2014 Ok but surely that is just for safari. What does that have to do with mb3 for iOS?
Angelblue05 4131 Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 I'm sorry, then can you explain your original post? I mistook it as you accessing your mb3 webclient via safari. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Solution mbnwa 49 Posted December 10, 2014 Solution Posted December 10, 2014 (edited) You can remove the app from your iPhone and reinstall it - If your talking about using the web GUI from iOS then @@Angelblue05 would be correct. You can also remove the app by going to Settings --> General --> Usage --> Manage Storage --> MB Mobile --> Delete App Edited December 10, 2014 by mbnwa 1
skynet600 33 Posted December 10, 2014 Author Posted December 10, 2014 Ah ok I see the confusion sorry. The link in my original post has more info but I was too lazy to redo it all here. Basically the web client is behaving well so no issues with safari cache but the mb3 for iOS client has some missing images. All that said a reinstall of the app seems to have resolved so thanks for the tip. 1
