MB Classic TV Show Status

I am a user of MB Classic with the chocolate theme and would like to know if there is a way to display if each TV show is still running or has ended

Chocolate doesn't currently show that information.  It may in the future.

I think several of them probably do.  I'd try Square, Subdued or Xenon.

ok great I just downloaded the beta and discovered it only displays if you have "Use Custom View for Series" enabled in the config | chocolate views section.

Is there a way to have it displayed without that checked?

That is the only view that is designed for an entire TV Series.
