Duplicate Remove download popup from Emby android client (once defaults are set)

At the moment the download popup shows up every single time we press the download button, which makes it very laborious if downloading multiple movies. Once we select the default download options (or set it once in the popup), it should remember the settings and pressing the download button should instantly start the download.
