Hearing Impaired (SDH) subs not named correctly when downloaded

@LukeFound in Beta, and reproduced in Stable 4.8.1.0

Now that OpenSubtitles have SDH indicators in search results:

the expectation was that when downloaded they would be named accordingly so that "Hearing Impaired" info was retained.

However, files are downloaded and are missing the appropriate ".en.sdh.srt"

Was able to reproduce with different media, same result.
