Sam71 1 Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Hello Emby, For your information: After update to 4.8.0.80 it was not possible for me to connect to the server running on my win 11 desktop via Android Emby app on Samsung S22. Tried everything including disabling the win 11 firewall. Turns out I had to delete the local IP adress, and the issue was gone. Hope this was useful. 1

Luke 39003 Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 HI @Sam71yes good observation. We highly recommend not customizing that field unless you absolutely have to. The problem with customizing that field is that you will have to remember to keep it up to date as your system changes. If you forget to do that, then it's going to lead to problems such as this.
