You need to enable 10-second BIFs in your library settings Video preview section and Refresh Metadata afterwards.

Can you please send link to download BIFs, because I don't know what is that?

Also, this I want to show in OP. I already enable video Preview Thumbnails, so what next?

Change "Thumbnail images interval" to 10 seconds, Chapter Markers that you currently have are 5-minute intervals. Refresh Metadata after change.

My mistake I immediately know when I submit the post, and then I edit the post saying "Done. Can you please tell where can I find chapter markers?"

It's in the list of options labeled "Thumbnail images interval". What are you trying to do?
