Hello,

For transparency, I have posted this issue on the Terra-Master forum also.

Terra-Master Forum post link

I am hoping someone can help me out. I tried to update my Emby server from 4.6 to the latest version 4.7.11.0. However the app failed to update and now it has disappeared on my TOS desktop and I cannot update or reinstall the application.

The error message I receive is "Operation Failed!". Now my Emby server is down.

Can someone guide me on how to update or if the worse come to the worse at least re-install the application please?

My TOS version and TNAS details are:

Terra-Master F4-210 4-bay ARM based

TOS version: 4.2.31-2203011629

Can I mark this post as resolved please?

I managed to get hold of TerraMaster support via the online chat. Their solution was to update my TOS to version 4.2.41-2203011629. I did this,  rebooted my NAS server and then I was able to re-install to the 4.7.9.0 (the latest version in TOS).

I am now able to access Emby once again across all devices with my settings intact.

Thanks.

Kind regards,
Michael

You're welcome Luke.

I managed to update to the latest version of Emby, version: 4.7.11.0. Thanks so much to the Emby team for putting the TNAS tpk file in the download section. This allowed me to be fully up to date. 😀

I wish terramaster would just publish the update. I’ve submitted it to them multiple times.

That is annoying of them not to maintain the updates, thankfully you provide the update files here as a backup for which I am eternally grateful. 😀
