@Luke That ID did come form MBZ (at least Emby thinks it did).  I don't have any IDs on the files, if that is what is being asked.  The only place I can find IDs is from the MBZ website.  If I got the wrong ID from the site, then please instruct me on how to find the correct ID and how to apply it in Emby.

MBZ has two different id's for albums and I think you got them mixed up.

I probably did at some point.  I was looking at the artist ID (I guess), then later discovered an album ID.

You evaded the question again.  Is this some super-secret info on how to use the MBZ site?  If the site has 2 IDs for each album, why not tell me how to get the correct one?  Teach me and I can stop bothering you so much.

I don't know why it takes 24 hours for Emby to correct things, but now this second album identifies correctly today.  I had to delete all the IDs it had, then refreshed and checked the image option and boom!  Why didn't this just work the first time and time and time?

I'd still like answers.  Are you not legally able to answer questions or something?  I don't understand.

But what exactly have you done?

What tags does the media have as property will not show extended embedded tags?

Did Emby provide the id or did you apply it somewhere?

As I have already shown Emby will search album name and artist.

But clicking the options provided does Release “The Long Run” by Eagles - MusicBrainz

I've already answered those questions.  I know Emby must have searched using name and artist, but it failed again and again to pull an image.

And I don't understand your language.

Can you answer me this?  Does Emby ever write metadata to the audio file?

No and will never want it to, as discussed in multiple topics majority of user do not want programs like Emby modifing their physical media.

This is why pre tagging your tracks is recommended but not required.

Thanks.  (A direct answer to a question - thanks!)

I was wondering because if I edit a file property (in Explorer, like 'title'), all the properties blank and I have to redo them all.

As another user who continues to be frustrated with continuing glitches in Emby's retrieval of various images, let me at least encourage you to start by carefully editing the metadata on all of your tracks with a program like MP3Tag. Until your metadata is pristine, it's hard to give a clean, useful error report to Emby staff.
