FlatScreen 15
I have somehow managed to screw up the admin password. The server is a headless box, stowed away in a corner. I have transferred the database to run the corruption check but it came out as OK. How can I reset password for "admin" I tried using the "Forget password" option but it keeps tell me to try again within your home network. I am in the home network and I even connected my laptop with Ethernet cord to the router directly. Sadly no joy there. Just wanted to reset admin and get on with the show. Any help would be appreciated. License is premium.

Solution FlatScreen 15 Posted June 7, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted June 7, 2022 OK I have fixed it myself. A note to future self: If you change the network configuration e.g. from one subnet network to another, edit the /var/lib/emby/config/system.xml file (on Linux boxes) and change the <LocalNetworkSubnets> accordingly.
