Files in media folders disappearing with no explanation

Some pieces of media have not loaded so I've check the folders themselves and discovered either the media file itself not being in the folder or nothing at all. I have no idea what is going on, I have check any user that could delete media and that doesn't check out. whatever the issue is can be tracked down by the log right?

I was going through my entire library of stuff. I noticed that Shazam wasn't on there.(I have the DC collection). I checked the media in the file explorer and the folder only showed the thumbnail, no sign of the media file(mp4 as I re-added it). same thing happened last night when I was watching What If. neither the thumbnail or the media file was there for that series. (I'm currently looking for reasons outside the emby app doing something to the files and nothing so far)
