Seger 118 Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 (edited) Thank you very much @Happy2Play. @Luke was kind enough to remove my comment from another thread ( as a future request. Thank you for the tip with the tagging tool, I already had that, but it doesn't take long and the database is sifted through with new entries again.) Edited August 3, 2022 by Seger
Luke 40077 Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 HI, sorry that was not my intention. You posted in two places. I merged them so that we could try and avoid having the same conversation in two different places.
slaw 1 Posted March 30, 2023 Author Posted March 30, 2023 Unfortunately i recognized the same behavior as before. I dont check that often because my duaghter is too young to watch a lot of movies, but now i recognized, that the movies with multiple entries disappeared again. Thats sad, because it was resolved before. Did you somehow change the behavior back to the old method?
Luke 40077 Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 @slaw please provide the details of a specific example. Thanks.
slaw 1 Posted March 30, 2023 Author Posted March 30, 2023 Its exact the same as before. if i pull DE:0, FSK:0 DE-FSK0 etc. and save it all in the nfo file, it does not recognized anymore. It only works when i only pull one format. With 4.7.4.0 it worked as you seem to change it to only use the first entry when more than one are found. I didnt check often so i dont know with which version it stopped working. Emby still shows the information, but filtering doesnt work.
GrimReaper 4141 Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 After all the responses here, why would you again pull all the ratings? What purpose does that serve? You can also rescrape only ratings to a single-format via TMM for existing items, and scrape same singke format for new items. So I'm really having issues following your reasoning not to.
slaw 1 Posted March 30, 2023 Author Posted March 30, 2023 The problem is, i store my files in the cloud and there is an api limit for access. Which doesnt matter for playback or addin a movie here and there. But changing the nfo file on 100 movies or so just doesnt work. So i was really happy that the update solved the problem by simply using the first entry that works. Also i think its better to have more information than less. So pulling all formats seems logic, so nothing whats provided is missing in the nfo. Its not a very important thing and in the end my problem that i used to pull all formats, but it already worked and it would be really nice if it does again.

But I can understand your API calls limit, thanks. Edited March 30, 2023 by GrimReaper
slaw 1 Posted March 30, 2023 Author Posted March 30, 2023 yep, but as i started i didnt think about it and wanted to grab the information as complete as possible. Not the best idea as i know now.
