Missing image from Continue Watching

This was working, however all of a sudden the image is blank on the Continued Watching tile for any movie I watch. Any ideas on why this may have started happening? Is this a setting or a configurable item?

My setup is emby in docker on synology using let's encrypt, reverse proxy and https.

Here is the log. I also installed the native package on synology and experienced the same thing. I noticed in the log some Errors related to Http exception however not sure if this is it or it has something to do with https and the reverse proxy.
