  1. Hi, I am having major problems with TOS5. If I have to shut Emby down for whatever reason, it won't start back up. I get an error somwhere in the 500s, I think it's 504 or something similar. I have to delete the 'Emby' shared folder from the NAS, Emby will then start but I have to set everything up from scratch - users, libraries, everything. Could you please have a look at what is causing this? I've gone back to Plex for the time being but I really much prefer Emby. Thanks p.s. It doesn't matter which Emby package I install, I've tried the stable one and loads of different betas all with the same result.
  2. So I just signed up for Emby Premiere just a few minutes ago. My key doesn't work. I checked the Emby Premiere Purchase/Subscription Support link and tried the steps therein. First - the "Post on the forums" link is broken. Second - my specific issue is that the call to validateDevice on mb3admin.com is returning a 404. Screenshot from Chrome's network tab provided. When I try to save the key is returns immediately, so it's definitely a 404. I don't have a firewall blocking it or anything like that.

    Cannot Validate Emby Premiere License

    Hi, My emby server 4.5.2.0 cannot validate my recently purchased license. I am running emby server on linux. The server is able to reach https://mb3admin.com/admin/service/registration/validateDevice ,but all I get in response is {"cacheExpirationDays":7,"resultCode":"NOTFOUND","message":"Device Not Found"}. I don't know if this is related or not, but since OCT 25th I started to have the following daily alert: "Check for plugin updates failed" I have been trying to look for some information related to this on this forum but with no luck. May I please have some help ? Thanks embyserver.txt

    Roku apps don't recognize Premiere key

    I noticed today that my Roku is no longer showing that I have Emby Premiere. I've tried both the stable and beta apps, and both are up to date. The Samsung Tizen app, Windows app, web player and Android app all recognize the premiere license and work with Live TV. I was running the beta server (was a couple versions out of date) and thought that might have been it so I downgraded to the latest stable Linux server build but there was no change. I completed the troubleshooting steps as well. Removed the key, saved, even went so far as to reboot Emby server before adding the key back but to no avail. I've attached my server log.

I had a power cut today and when my systems came back online, my Emby Theatre no longer plays content, instead it has a popover screen telling me i dont have a premiere key and will only play 1 min of video. I checked my server and the key is still loaded, i uninstalled the key, restarted the server, and reinstalled the key, verifying that it was still working (lifetime key) I also unistalled theatre using the wipe all trace option and reinstalled. theatre still thinks there is no key. Theatre is running on win7 (has been for about 12 months) with no issues prior to today Server is running on Ubuntu Playback is otherwise fine from Chrome Regards
