@LukeWould this error be covered in the potential fix in 4.7.0.3+? 

SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Error: cannot rollback - no transaction is active

Most topics I have seen with error reference creating a new database back in 4.3.

I would try rebooting the machine and then see if it comes up again.

Only Emby DVR creates scheduled task entries.
