Issue in installing Theme Media Plugin

I recently bought the emby theme media plugin and I got the confirmation and a license key but I'm not sure how to download it/use it. If anyone knows please let me know. Thank you

You install these plugins from the Emby catalogue in settings.. Mine says you also must have Emby Premiere Subscription.

Yes I know this but it did not work for me, also i have emby premier so I know that is not the problem.

Hi, what specifically is the problem? Are you not able to install plugins from the plugin catalog?

I would check the plugin settings for a place to put the license key or use it in the API section of the server.

Have you restarted the Server? They do indicate that it takes that to get the license activated.

From site: Buy the Emby TV Theme Videos, Movie Theme Videos, Tv Theme Songs and Movie Theme Songs together and Save!! Once purchased, simply download and install from the Emby Plugin Catalog
You may have to restart the Emby Server instance for the licences to take effect.

Yes I already restarded everything several times and I followed the directions and installed them from the emby catalog and still nothing

 I would like emby to download the soundtracks of the series and movies that I have on there and according to those plugins, it downloads them automatically but its not working for me

I would go to Plugins in Emby.. and see if there is anyway o enter your license key.. after which restart.. All of the information I have found shows three different ways to activate three different plugins... On top of that the site seems to be missing several elements.. with no support or forum assistance.. Plus the site seems to be malfunctioning..

It is BAD NEWS...Doesn't look good to me at this point..

Even the trials are supposed to do this, however...

Does the catalog page for this plugin on your Emby server say it's registered in green text?

I thought theses Premium plugins where sort of linked to ones Emby Premiere key when purchased.

We may need to see a server log.

These plugins are all activated differently.. one actually uses an exe file to activate it. I thought the same thing.. but I guess some like VirtualTV requires Emby Premeire to be used for the TV functions as it is only active for Premeire.. So I guess it is dependent upon its function.. Then if they charging themselves for the plugins I guess its different..

The support for this one is what got me.. I probably ( The way I am . would not have purchased it with no working website or support in place - there isn't even an email to send to in case of a refund - You would have to dispute it as fraud at your bank )

@God Assassin Did you ever sort this out? Did the trial work for you before you bought the plugin? One important point that seems to catch a few people out is that you have to buy the plugin using the same email address as your Premiere subscription otherwise it won't work. In theory, just installing the plugin puts it Trial mode (just does the A's) then registering it using your Premiere email address should automatically activate the full version.
