Please go back from the start of the thread and try the things mentions and comment what you tried and how it fixed/didn't fix your issue.

A lot of very good advice has been given for diagnostic reasons that you haven't tried so you aren't getting new ideas to try because you're not following through with help already offered. Please don't assume because it worked before that the test isn't relevant.  Something has changed in some way and we need to figure it out, but we can't do this if you dismiss testing steps.

That's just not true.

Suggestions in this thread:
- Make sure Open Subtitles is set up properly. It is.
- Describe what you're doing and provide a log. I have.
- Paste the password from the password manager into Notepad, then into both the Open Subtitles site and Emby from Notepad. I have, and I was able to log in to OS but it didn't fix Emby.
- Change the Open Subtitles password to something simple, and type it in manually. This didn't work either.

That is literally everything that has been suggested so far.

Try uninstalling the plugin and delete the configuration file.

Then reinstall it and set it up again yet.

May be something wrong with the config file.

Where would I find the config file?

OK, having checked mine, there doesn't seem to be.
I assume the password is saved, encrypted, in the database.
You could still uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

You don't have any special characters in your password ?

I do, but the same password worked on my previous install and changing it to "12345" didn't help on this install.

Can you try creating a new login for the subtitle provider and testing that account vs the account you are currently using?

Has this helped?

@crusher11 It's in the EmbyServer\config folder called opensubtitles.xml.

So uninstall the plugin and then delete that XML file?

It seems I can't actually uninstall the plugin.

I uninstalled, restarted the server, deleted the XML file, restarted the server again, and when I go to the Plugins page Open Subtitles is still listed under My Plugins and in the catalog it says below Open Subtitles "1.0.27.0 installed".

@crusher11 Make sure the "OpenSubtitles.dll" isn't in the plugins folder.

If it is, shutdown Emby, delete the DLL and restart Emby.

It shouldn't show then.

That got it completely uninstalled, but upon reinstalling I'm still getting no results for my subtitle searches.

Upload, or PM, the server log for @Luke to review.

Which log? Since i'm rebooting the server between each step, there are a lot of them...I'm not even sure which is which TBH.

Well obviously the one that was in use when the issue happened.

I've already posted a log of being unable to find subtitles.

Every log we've seen has shown an authentication error for your open subtitles account.
