Missing images

Running version 4.4.2.0 Premier, Win7

I'm having the same problem, but the missing images are for all movie/TVSeries folders on 2 of my 5 external drives that have movies on them.  No problem with images of movies/TV on other 3 drives.  All 5 drives have been running w/o issue for over a year.  Have not changed any of the paths to the drives nor have there been any other changes to the drives, folders or Emby that I know of.  Probably no Win7 OS changes either since MS has stopped updating Win7.  

 

The movie/TV folders on the 2 drives that are not displaying images still have all the data in the folders... .ngo, poster.jpg, .mkv movie, etc.  Can open the poster.jpg folder and cover image comes up.  I can see no difference in folder contents between those in the 2 drives and the other 3.

 

Except for images, the rest of the metadata is available from the Emby display for the movies/TV on the 2 drives.  Using the Emby Metadata Manager I can browse on either of the 2 drives to a movie folder, ..., Edit Images, all show as blank, Search, the art comes up for the movie (since metadata ID is in place), click on download icon for one of the covers, busy circle comes up indicating working to download but never finishes... never get download.  I can do the same process for any of the other 3 drives and can download a new (different) image quickly and without problem.

Thanks for the response... afraid I don't know what example would be helpful.  The missing images appear just as in post #3: 

A few weeks ago, images were available on the Emby browser (and MCE Emby) display from all 5 external drives I have movies on.

Now no images are displayed for movies on 2 of 5 ext hardrives and all the images that are displayed are on the other 3 harddrives.

The macrodata for the movies on the 2 (no image) harddrives is still available on the Emby display... just the images are missing.

I can edit images on the 3 (OK) harddrives and replace them with other images; but on the 2 (no image) harddrives, the editor displays all images as black/blank, will load images available for downloading but when I select one to download the page goes into a forever waiting state (rotating wait icon).

 

What additional information / description would be helpful?

My case: 
1) I (through menu) edit images
2) I use the  magnifying glass tool to search images for that movie/serie
3) I got a serie of thumbnails (*no images* just gray rectangles with "TheMovieDB"/ resolution&language / votes texts inside.
4) I click in any of this rect.
5) I got a "Error: TrustFailure (Authentication failed, see inner exception.)" message.

Yes (4.3.3.0)

No. Thumbnails are ok now. I did nothing; they just started to qork out-of-the-blue (same way they stopped work..)
