Black screen on Samsung Galaxy Note 8

I have a problem with emby on my phone i get a black screen and nothing happens

my phone is a samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Android -Version 9 ..can someone help me

when i starting the Emby app ..i downloaded on googel play and i have also try the link https://www.dropbox....elease.apk?dl=0 and that not working to

Are you able to run the web app using http://app.emby.media ?

yes i can .. i use my pc as a server and i can see all my moives on my pc when i use  web app on both firefox and chromebrowser ..the only thing emby not working on is my phone

Me too have the same problem. I open emby app and I get a black screen. My device; Samsung galaxy s9 android pie
