Folder View

Is fold view official dead?  is there any way for me to display custom genre Folder views.  I can get it kind of if I select Vertical in the TV mode home screen and on Home screen section 1 "my Media"

 

I have this set up for my special needs son and we need a very simple streamlined UI for him to watch movies and the Genra Posters have worked best for 10 years a change like this is difficult for him to work with for him to work with

Not sure I understand the change from 3.X to 4.X and why folder view became so complicated but maybe help is coming.

Hi, if you click into a library there will be a Folders tab. What content types are those libraries?

all are set up with folder view this is something to do with My media it shows fine on the web page...
