How to enable background fanart in 'All Movies' and other sections where the background is all grey

Like when I'm browsing movies/tv shows/music ... I wish I could see some art in the background.

This is a per device user preference-display setting "enable backdrops".

 

Note clearing browser history resets user preference option in that browser.

@@Happy2Play.. I have that preference enabled. Still fanart won't show in a few sections. Although I understand its written "in some of the pages", I don't understand why would the devs not allow fanart to be visible in important sections like the Browsing sections (image in previous post).
