TS-231P Can not install Emby.

I'm trying to install Emby on my TS-231P NAS.

I've tried every possible download on this site https://emby.media/nas-server.html and every one of them states the software can not be installed.

Is there a secret version I don't have a link to? Reading these forums people have got it installed on a TS-231P.

What am I doing wrong? Did I simply buy the wrong piece of hardware for this job?

Please try the x31 package instead. Thanks.

And if it still fails, are you able to locate the qnap system logs like it says? Thanks

Tried X31 and same result.

Cleared system logs before attempted install and here's the result after - nothing recorded in there.

So no one can help with me not being able to load emby onto my TS231P?

I've tried every version of the software I can find and keep getting told it can not be installed with no explanation as to why. It states read the logs but there is nothing in the logs.

I apologize for the delay. We are still looking into this. Thanks.

Did you try with different browsers? I have a lot of trouble loading stuff on chrome sometimes with the qnap software for whatever reason.

You're one step ahead. I can't even get the app to install on the QNAP.

Does this help to solve the issue?

Also, I can't seem to remove the 3.5.3.0_... version.

Nah, sometimes you can't upload to QNAP apps based on the browser. I've had to install using Firefox or upload VPN profiles as well because Chrome just sits forever loading.

But looks like you found out it's an issue with the config file in the package.

We're looking into it. Unfortunately QNAP developer documentation on these older models is not quite as nice as what they have for the newer ones.
