Movie identity no longer working?

Hello, a couple of weeks ago I noticed the three new movies I added did not auto identify so no cover art etc. I manually identified each movie and all the metadata loaded ok, but when I looked again the next time it was back to no cover art etc. I decided to rebuild the server as I also have a long-term issue with collections not working, so I rebuilt the PC and installed the latest version of Emby. BUT the problem is the same? This time I even set the check box to lock out any changes after manually identifying each one, but within a couple of hours of manually identifying and saving the metadata if was back to blank.

 

Is this a known issue before looking to troubleshoot more and if so any idea when it will be fixed?

What are your library setting.  Most artwork issues right now are from fanart.tv having their own issues.

Thanks checking now - I also found the logs where I made the manual change and I think I may have some access permission issues, may be with the user name from the rebuild so I am testing that as well.
