unable to install Emby on Windows 10

I paid 4.99 for a 1 month use of Emby but the setup file will not run on my Windows 10 PC. Rsather frustrating

Exactly what happens when you try to run the installer?

yes, i downloaded it from your website.   I am the administrator so I thought it would work but it does not.  see photo attached for the message i get

You could try this "Cannot Install Server or MBT/EMC".

I tried installing the Beta Version and it did install correctly. I think I will just stick with the Beta version. If I cancel the Premiere version after one month can I continue to use a basic version of Emby?
