Emby Shield not playing HDR when Kodi is fine

Nearly all of my HDR content doesn't activate the HDR mode on my TV when I direct play through Emby on my Shield box. Bitrate is set to 100mbps to ensure no transcoding.

 

All of my content activates HDR on the same TV when playing in Kodi on the same Shield box.

 

I'd love to be able to drop Kodi and just use Emby, but it really seems to fall down a lot with HDR.
