Synology package location empty

Hello,

i use a DS416 with DSM 6.2.1-23824

 

I use the Tutorial https://emby.media/nas-server.html

 

But i cannot add the Package-Source. When i go in my Browser to the Source i get an error Message.

 

Can someone help me?
