Does any one have a idea as why this would happen

Assuming because you haven't actually downloaded the file...

Do this:

yum install https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby/releases/download/3.2.70.0/emby-server-rpm_3.2.70.0_x86_64.rpm
firewall-cmd --reload
firewall-cmd --add-service=emby-server
firewall-cmd --add-service=emby-server --permanent

The firewall-cmd command didn’t work it says that the firewall ID is not running

The firewall-cmd command didn’t work it says that the firewall ID is not running

In that case your cloud provider must disable it on their image - in which case don't worry about it.

Your question is a bit vague?

Are you trying to use your domain instead of ip?

Add it under "Advanced Settings" in the dashboard.

Are you trying to just stream content?

You need to upload that content to your server and add it to a library in Emby.

Are you trying to access via other devices?

Install one of the relevant apps...

I would recommend you read the wiki https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki

I need to know how would I setup up my ip information in order for it to go directly to my emby instead of my server
