emby on kodi allways comparing and updating

Hi all,

 

I have got emby working on my new kodi box and I have noticed that every time I go back to the main screen or a sub screen i.e. movies or TV the kodi plugin notification keeps coming up comparing and syncing media.

 

All my media is synced and there is no new content. I am not sure why this keeps happening any help?

 

I noticed fast sync option is it worth turning this off?
