Adaptive video quality/bitrate

I posted something on the subject maybe 1 or 2 years ago (can't find the subject anymore, has been deleted maybe...). I was asking if Emby would implement a sort of adaptive video quality/bitrate. It was told me that it was complicated to implement and that wasn't a priority. Now Plex is doing this are you going to implement it also?

It was a little bit more than 1 year. Was asking for auto-adaptive bitrate feature in Emby.
