Strange "Photos & Videos" issue

So when ever I open a photo that is a few weeks/month old, or older, emby plays a specific video from my photos & video's library.  No matter what photo i try to view plays this same video, the title on the screen shows the video title...   Yet any newer photo that I open, shows the actual photo as expected...    See this video:  VIDEO EXAMPLE  *I will remove this video after a few days. 

 

In the video I open quite a few older images, then try a few recently added photos that work.

I'm still having this issue, anyone have input?  The logs show I'm playing 2017-06-13_10-22-45_IMG_1156.mov  whenever i click an old image. This video is different than the one in the video example above.  It looks like emby "remembers" the last video I watched from the photos & video's library and will play that same video for any older image that i select.  When I select "download" the correct image downloads.    This happens in all of the clients.

I removed my libraries and re-added them, this is still happening.
