Recent Activity filling up with multiple entries

Recommended Posts

Just noticed something unusual happening in the Recent Activity section of the dashboard.  Multiple start and stop entries of a user trying to watch a movie taking place within a second.  See Screenshot.jpg

After looking at the log file, I see a few errors, but not sure how to correct the situation.  See Partial Server Log.txt

5 ffmpeg log files were also created at the same time.  See attached

User was unable to play the movie and moved on to another selection with no problem.

Server 3.2.24.0 on Windows 10
Android Mobile 2.9.15

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've noticed something similar w/ Pushbullet notifications.  Every time my kids start watching something on the TV I get multiple notifications very quickly that "xxx is playing yyy movie".  Figured it was just a plugin bug, never thought to look at the recent activity section.  I'll confirm in a few hours.

ok, home now, can confirm i see 2-3 entries per action.  3.2.25 though this has been happening for a while.  Client is Screenplay, though I tried same user via Chrome (dedicated pc) and received 1 notification.  So perhaps it's Screenplay related @@kwilcox?

edit: can also confirm I receive 1 update notification w/ corresponding recent activity log from both Android TV and Android client.  Seems like a Screenplay issue then.  Carry on.

Interesting.  I'll have a look.  The screenshots above look like what I'm used to seeing with screenplay too so I assumed it didn't have anything to do with the screenplay app itself.  I had always assumed it was related to pause/resume/ff/rewind functions being used.
