Downloaded Video Won't Play on Tablet

I selected a bunch of videos to download to my Tablet.  Many of them have downloaded and filled my tablet's memory. (It's only a 16GB tablet, so there isn't a whole lot of space left).

 

I browsed to the video on my tablet, and I see the green download icon, and when I go into the video I see the "Downloaded" link.  When I select Play, it just spins the circle in the middle.  Nothing actually plays.
