kodibart 0 Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 From time to time my clients loses their connection to the emby server. Some time in the past the emby server was installed on imac at ip 192.168.0.22. I removed it from this device and installed it on odroid at 192.168.0.21. For some unknown reasons the client wants to connect to old deleted server. Going into the client settings shows me the old ip address for primary server addresses Verstuurd vanaf mijn Nexus 6P met Tapatalk

Andy777 21 Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I can verify that similar has happened to me a few months back although it didn't cause any problems. I just noticed in Kodi logs my non-existing old testing server. Sorry I can't provide any logs as all those installations have been wiped. Anyway it was happening on a client that was very frequently used and the testing server had been gone already for weeks (nothing in the same ip or DNS name)
