App immediatly stops playing some media

I've noticed lately that when I play certain movies thru the Emby Android app, the video won't play & will immediatly stop (go back to the movie graphic screen).  However if I login thru using the Android Chrome browser, the same movie plays fine.

 

Anything to try?

how large is the 101 dalmatians file? is it feasible to provide a copy of that for testing? thanks !
