Removed Option

There used to be an option to turn off enhanced presentations for libraries (showing tabs like "Suggestions", "Latest" and "Shows") but I can't find it anymore. Up until at least 3.1.2 Emby remember my selection and didn't use enhanced presentations, but on version 3.1.5 every library seems to have reverted into using enhanced presentations. What happened ti the option to turn it off?

@@Luke removed the legacy recognition of <PlainFolderViews> from the user config.

The PlainFolderViews xml setting he mentioned could cause that. This has been removed for the next release of the server, but in the meantime, if he removes that from the xml config file it should resolve it.

There were a couple topics where this hidden option affected users negatively.

Your only option now it to enable "Display a folder view to show plain media folders" to add Folder View to get that presentation also.  Library-Display

Is there a reason it was removed? Could we get it back?

It is annoying having to search the tabs in order to find the correct one, which is the second when it comes to movies, but the fourth for TV shows. And it is even worse having to navigate an extra layer (which I personally find useless with the small library I have) when using DLNA.

That's still wasted time having to select "Folder" before selecting the library I want. Plus that only applies to the dashboard, the DLNA would remain a problem.
