Hello,

Any info when there will be a package available for the DS3617XS?

I really would like to switch my server to my new NAS.

Thank you in advance.

Hello @@parsaria

I'll be looking at this next week, once we have the latest stable out for the current platforms.

Hello @@parsaria

The Emby Server package for 'broadwell' based Synology machines is now available.

Let me know how you get on.

Hello @@unibeta

Are you following the instructions on the Synology page here https://emby.media/nas-server.html?

The link you've provided above is the one provided for XPEnology systems.

The DS3617xs is a real Synology machine, so you should use the URL shown in step #1.

Let me know how you get on.

For completeness, support for the other new Synology architecture 'grantley' has now been added as well.

At the moment, there is only one machine in the lineup with this architecture, the FS3017. (https://www.synology.com/en-us/products/FS3017)

I don't expect to see any of them around here anytime soon, but you never know!
