Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 The latest version is 3.5.3, not 3.5.2. What version did you try? Is there a QNAP X86 version available? Seems like that topics just goes in a big circle with no answers.
Luke 42077 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Ok that is x86, sorry, we do not have an x86 package at this time.

Luke 42077 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 sorry but my qnap ts-431 is not a x86 its a arm and I tried with the 3.5.2 How did you even do that? Because if you clicked the link I gave you, you'd see we don't even have 3.5.X for arm devices: https://emby.media/nas-server.html We have the 3.6 beta as this is a brand new package. Please try that. Thanks.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Sorry I don't know anything about QNap so I assume from the log it was x86 package. 64-Bit OS: False 64-Bit Process: False
fingal191 0 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 The link you send me is for synology nas not for qnap
Luke 42077 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 The link you send me is for synology nas not for qnap There's a dropdown box on the page, you can use that to select the NAS platform. Thanks.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 There's a dropdown box on the page, you can use that to select the NAS platform. Thanks. Might need to accent the Platform drop-down option. Or update the header.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 There's a dropdown box on the page, you can use that to select the NAS platform. Thanks. Or maybe default to a user select instead of "Synology".
fingal191 0 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 error: incompatible use the correct package
