Https connectivity failure on android tablets devices

Hello,

 

I have cell phones Huawei, Samsung and HTC and more, and Emby application on Android works perfectly over https conections.
 

However, android tablets fails to connect. I think that the issue is in the Tablet's Android Emby Application.

 

The Android Emby for Tablets not connect to emby server when this server is over https, both internal and external connections.

 

Somebody could help me?

Hi, it's possible the device is rejecting the cert. Can you provide a log from the app? Instructions are here:
