Emby Connect error. COM 10016

Can you please help me correct this error? It seems to only effect Emby connect, everything else works correctly.

 

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 

{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

 and APPID 

{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}

 to the user DESKTOP-NJ6CRD5\hutch SID (S-1-5-21-289496917-3150786616-3071483728-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container 436337Illusions.com.MediaBrowser_4.0.111.0_x64__77hd5e1v1hqs4 SID (S-1-15-2-1426321201-1892315888-3858405610-512144868-3398774998-2202846127-317503164). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

 

I have changed {C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}  and APPID {316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97} to full controll from TrustedInstaller.

 

But have not located the user DESKTOP-NJ6CRD5\hutch SID (S-1-5-21-289496917-3150786616-3071483728-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container 436337Illusions.com.MediaBrowser_4.0.111.0_x64__77hd5e1v1hqs4 SID (S-1-15-2-1426321201-1892315888-3858405610-512144868-3398774998-2202846127-317503164), in Component Services administrative tool.

No, my server is not on the same machine.

 

My server is Win 8.1 and on another machine on the network.

 

Everything else works fine, it's just Connect on my Win 10 machine.

 

Tried it anyway but no success.

Yesterday's count from the Event logs looks to be over 50 failed attempts.
