No music streaming over mobile but works on external Wi-Fi

Hi, started having some trouble a while back and have been unable to resolve on my own. When connected to an external or local wi-fi access point I can stream any of my content. However over mobile I am only able to stream movies. The music track will load into the player, but never starts playing no matter how long I wait. The same thing occurs when I try to use a VPN over mobile. Speedtest shows I get 12mbps down and 15mbps up (Sprint 4G LTE).

Ok, so i set up Emby on my girlfriend's phone and it works just fine over 4G (also Sprint) on either account. Uninstall Emby on my phone, clear cache and log folders, reboot, reinstall and still nothing over 4G on either account. So apparently there is something else going on with my phone...Any known applications that may cause trouble?

Hi Luke, appreciate the help! Here's a link to the requested logs from the android device having trouble. Can you try the open beta version and see if that makes a difference?
