Samsung D6000 series, JPG problem

Obviously emby or the TV has a problem to show pictures on D6000 series over DLNA. I think the reason might be, that the TV does not get the right resolution from emby (0x0). Thumbnails of the pictures are displayed, but i get an error if i want to open them. Same pictures on an usb stick works normal.
