Edit images missing from Metadata Manager

One of the last updates must have removed it since I was using it earlier this week. The option is still there in the media view, but in the metadata manager all you get is Identify and Refresh.

Not sure if this is global but when using safari, I have to double click which doesn't seem right. I click the drop down menu, then have to double click any of the selections to get them to open.
