Cannot get Server/Client to install - D/l timeouts

i have been having issues trying to get Setup.exe to install on either Emby Server or Emby WMC Client.  It brings up the Download window and stops.  After about 5 mins I receiver an timeout error about the server being unavailable.  The Install log just show the Setup started then download started and finally Download failed.  The second attempt it sat there and after a while of no I/O showing on my adapter I cancelled it

 

Is the server down today?  President's Day in US
