Parental Control Issue??

Hello all

 

I have an issue that seems to have just appeared recently.

 

My Child account no longer has content when Parental Control is switched on....switch it off and the Child account can see get everything without any bother

 

For example:  I have movies which are rated as GB-U  but when Parental Control is on at GB12 I get nothing.

 

 

Has anyone else experienced this or have I done something dumb??
